Make Incredible Pizza at Home
PizzaEddie.com is betting that the best pizza in your neighborhood can come out of your own oven.
Pizza is the rare food that is everywhere and still mostly mediocre. PizzaEddie.com starts from a simple conviction: with the right tools and a little coaching, a home cook can beat the average delivery pie by a wide margin.
The site is part shop, part school. The storefront carries specialized pizza-making supplies — the steels, peels, and dough tools that pizzerias take for granted. The classroom side offers digital recipes and step-by-step video courses taught by Eddie himself, from dough hydration to oven spring.
What makes it a Three Green project is the community logic. Pizza night is one of the last reliable ways to get people around the same table. Teaching a neighborhood to make great pizza is, in its own way, community infrastructure.
Future coverage here will include dough science deep-dives, equipment reviews, and interviews with home pizzaiolos from the PizzaEddie community.
