Good News Turtle

Good News Turtle brings uplifting news for people and planet into a positive news hub. Headlines from positive news sources meet a kind social community, giving readers a place to discover stories that are life-enhancing rather than another turn through the negative media cycle. The project is not only about the headlines themselves.

It is also about the people who gather around them and the positive stories they choose to share.

Readers can discover and contribute those stories. That pairing matters: a positive news hub can be a place to read, but it can also be a place where readers help bring worthwhile stories into view. Good News Turtle puts both activities together.

Mark's line, ‘A positive world view leads to peace,’ expresses the outlook behind that approach without asking readers to stop caring about the world.

The site's sections give that outlook several places to live. News Feed brings readers to the headlines, while Sources identifies the positive news sources behind them. How It Works sits alongside Folklore and a Leader Board.

Those sections are part of the same positive-news destination, rather than separate ventures. They let visitors move between reading stories, understanding the site and exploring its community.

Within the Three Green family, Good News Turtle is the place for uplifting news and a kind social community. Its magazine profile sits beside ventures concerned with music, food, design and other parts of everyday life. Readers can meet it here, then visit goodnewsturtle.
